Olga Fink develops intelligent algorithms that improve performance, reliability and availability of complex industrial assets and make their maintenance more cost efficient. Her research focuses on Data‐Driven Condition‐Based and Predictive Maintenance, Deep Learning and Decision Support Algorithms for Fault Detection, Diagnostics and Prognostics of Complex Industrial Assets.

Aleksandar Jovanović’s main interest and activities are in the areas of new technologies, risk and resilience management, advanced data analysis and data mining, where he has initiated and coordinated a large number of projects for the EU, national governments and industry. The focus topics such as risk and resilience indicators, RBI (Risk-Based Inspection), and application of AI have led EU-praised innovation (e.g. the NanoRiskRadar), to national, European EN and ISO standards developed under his convenorship or pivotal reports (e.g. the OECD study on Future Global Shocks). Aleksandar Jovanović was a Risk Center academic guest from January to December 2022.
