ETH Risk and Resilience Roundtable | 28 October 2024
Monday, 28 October 2024, 17:00-19:30, including a networking apéritif
ETH Zurich, Building LEE, Room E101, Leonhardstrasse 21, 8092 Zürich
Join us for a roundtable discussion exploring the critical intersections of risk and resilience in today’s complex landscape.
As we navigate an era marked by increasingly interdependent risks that can lead to polycrises, understanding and enhancing resilience is essential. This event will delve into how robust resilience management, in addition to risk management, can empower organizations—across physical, environmental, and human systems—to better anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions.
We will bring together thought leaders from academia, the private sector, and public institutions to share their latest insights on the vital connections between risk and resilience. Our discussions will highlight the significant role of the re/insurance sector in fortifying infrastructure and societies against future crises.
The event includes short speeches, a panel discussion and networking opportunities.
Registration is now open: https://u.ethz.ch/KNAB8
You can attend the roundtable in person. The number of seats is limited.
